Bella Rouge Designs 

Fatisha Aquarius Rougely, Owner and President of Bella Rouge Designs, is a native of  San Diego, CA, who has a passion for design.  She truly loves expressing her creative flare.  This creativity is reflected through her wardrobe, artwork, poetry, and interior design.  Aquarius believes that passion is the difference between a job and a career. 

Key to Success

My passion for design and all its elements proved to be the driving force behind the creation of Bella Rouge Designs.  Growing up, I was always compelled to design.  I love textiles & color, and oftentimes found myself  analyzing the interior spaces that I'd encounter.  Soon I realized that I not only had an interest in design, but also possessed a natural talent for it as well. 

After I received  my Associate in Arts degree from Mesa College, I went on to major in Interior Design at San Jose State Univ.  Before I returned to San Diego I secured a position with Calico Corners, and worked two years as an in-store design consultant where I received my drapery training through work experience and courses provided by the company. 

Moving Up The Ladder

I took my design consulting to the next level after I was recruited by a local Interior Designer.  I obtained employment as an in-home design consultant at Foliage Furniture & Interiors in Chula Vista, California, where I worked  for more than four years.  Not only was working in an environment with designer fabrics and furniture exciting, I was able to provide my clients with a designer look that did not compromise their personal styles or tastes; which was dually important.  I always exceeded clients' expectations with my knowledge of design; scale; color proportion; pattern coordination; and space planning.

The Next Level

My drive and determination to expand my horizons with design services sparked my desire to stage models and homes for resale.  I earned the designation of Accredited Staging Professional in 2006. My ASP status is currently inactive.
